Welcome

September 16 - 18, 2018

[reboot]

A unique three-day leadership adventure experience designed to help you get the most out of yourself and your team’s potential.

[reboot] is designed for business professionals in mid- to senior-level management positions, community leaders, human resource or training staff or any employee aspiring (or being targeted) for management positions.

Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone, push your boundaries and shift your mindset?

Give us three days; we’ll give you the practical skills, heightened self-awareness and confidence to become a more effective leader.

Why [reboot]

[reboot] challenges you to take an unbiased view of yourself and the team you lead. This unique adventure experience will help you develop a plan to reach your potential and get the best out of your team.

At [reboot], you’ll be immersed in the complexities and vulnerabilities of leading people. Learn how to motivate, influence and cultivate the best out of your team. [reboot] accomplishes this by focusing on three themes:

PeoplePeople & Culture

At [reboot], you will examine approaches to enhancing teamwork, diagnosing organizational culture and cultivating effective change leadership. Successful leaders know how to capitalize on the cognitive diversity of a team, understand how culture shapes behavior and harness change leadership strategies to fuel large-scale transformations.

Leadership & CharacterLeadership & Character

Effective leaders know how to get the best out of themselves and their team. At [reboot], you will receive insight into your character and leadership style. You will receive a detailed report of your own leadership character dimensions and the resources to get the most out of your leadership style.

Collaboration & Innovation

Innovate using design thinking; a process powered by empathy and a deep understanding of user needs, desires and frustrations.

Collaboration serves as a mirror to allow people to think, articulate and receive clarity about their competencies. Because two heads are better than one, teams work better together and fill each other's gaps.

Daily Activities

Daily Activities

Daily activities will include a series of case studies and practical outdoor exercises designed to help participants identify their current leadership styles as well as establish and work towards their personal leadership goals.

[reboot] equips participants with practical skills, promotes self-awareness and examines shared experiences.

Here's a sneak-peek at some of the upcoming activities for [reboot] 2018:

Digging for Gold

An interactive team building simulation that focuses on the themes of leadership, planning, communications and self-awareness - all while digging for gold!

Spiderweb

A physical activity to get participants through a web of ropes using teamwork, innovation and collaboration. No (wo)man can be left behind!

Amazon vs. Walmart Eggersize

Participants design a prototype of a food delivery package, to be delivered to homes using drones. Safety and speed all in one!

The Seated Circle

Innovation and teamwork come together in this activity for a twist on the classic "circle time"!
